Billing & plans.
Five tiers, one feature set. Plans differ only by the number of active SKUs you can track. Everything else — every engine, every page, every recommendation — is the same across the board.
3.1 — TiersPlan comparison.
All plans include every feature in Murex. The only difference is the number of active SKUs (variants) you can track.

3.3 — SKU limitsHow SKU limits work.
- Your SKU count is the number of active variants in your Shopify catalog. Archived and draft variants don’t count.
- SKU count is evaluated at each sync (every 15 minutes).
- A product with 5 colors × 4 sizes counts as 20 variants.
Over the limit
If you exceed your plan’s limit, you get a 7-day grace period with a banner warning in-app before any restrictions apply. Plenty of time to upgrade or archive variants — no surprise shutoffs.
3.4 — Plan changesUpgrading & downgrading.
- Change your plan any time from Settings → Plan in the app.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining billing period.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- All billing is processed through Shopify — charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice with no external payment processor.
3.5 — TrialFree trial.
- A 14-day free trial is available on the Pro plan ($299/mo value).
- The trial is available once per store — uninstalling and reinstalling does not reset it.
- After the trial ends, you’ll be billed at the Pro plan rate unless you switch plans.
3.6 — CyclesBilling cycles.
- Billing cycles are monthly (every 30 days from your subscription start date).
- Unused capacity does not roll over between billing periods.
- You can cancel any time — no contracts, no exit fees.
